01How do I find a game?

By a link your organiser shares, the nearby games list in the app, or the KickHeroes community on WhatsApp.

02Which cities have games?

Gurugram right now. Want games in your city? Ask us on WhatsApp.

03Is my seat held while I pay?

Yes. Your seat is held while you pay, with a countdown. It’s yours once payment clears. If you pay after the hold ends, you get the seat if one is still free; if not, you’re refunded.

04How do refunds work?

Over 24 hours before kick-off, full. 6 to 24, only if your seat resells. Under 6, none. Game changed or called off: full.

05What if the game is full?

Join the waitlist free. If a seat opens, the first to book it gets it.

06Do my stats count?

Once your host approves them: on your profile, and on the leaderboard if you opt in.
