Players pay when they book, so there is no money to chase. The game page shows who’s in, you split the sides, and after the game you publish the result and approve the players’ stats. Your earnings come with a weekly statement. Host pickup football games.

Yes: the time, the venue, the format, the length and the number of seats. A change of time, venue, format or length makes every booked seat fully refundable. The seat price can’t change once the game is posted.

Every player is refunded in full, automatically, and the waitlist is cleared.

Yes. Approved hosts add venues with a name, an address, a Google Maps link, a photo and the amenities.

Yes, up to 30 a game. Only the players in that game can see them.

Open the link your organiser shares. It works in any browser and shows the seats left, the map, the price and the refund rules. In the app on a phone in India, the nearby games list shows games nearest first. You can also join the KickHeroes community on WhatsApp. Play pickup in India.

No. This site doesn’t list games. Games live behind the organiser’s link, in the nearby games list in the app, and in the community on WhatsApp.

Pick your seats and pay by UPI or card. Your seats are held while you pay, with a countdown. The seat is confirmed once the payment clears. If you pay after the hold ends, you get the seat if one is still free; if not, you’re refunded.

Yes. Book seats for friends on one payment and name each one. Each seat can be refunded on its own.

More than 24 hours before kickoff, a full refund. Between 6 and 24 hours, a refund only if your seat resells, earliest canceller first. Under 6 hours, or after kickoff, no refund. If the organiser changes the time, venue, format or length, or calls the game off, everyone gets a full refund.

Yes. You can see it start and complete, with the bank’s reference number. If a refund fails, it is tried again, and then raised with our team.

Join the waitlist. It is free. When a seat comes back, whoever books it first gets it.

Free to download. Scoring, teams and tournaments are free right now. In India, pickup games are paid per seat, in rupees, at a price the organiser sets, by UPI or card. There are no free pickup games.

No. 0% commission: hosts keep the whole seat price.

KickHeroes holds the players’ payments, through Razorpay. Each Monday you’re paid for the games played the week before, Monday to Sunday, to your UPI ID or bank account, so a Thursday game is paid four days later. A refund given after a payout comes off the next one.

The clock does. Start, pause and time changes are queued and sent when you reconnect. Goals and cards need a connection, so the scoreline can’t quietly disagree with the match.

It goes to the top scorer on the winning side, taken from the goals on the match sheet.

Yes, for 90 minutes after full time. After that it is final, though a tournament organiser can reopen a tournament result. On the record.

The match still finishes. A match left running 30 minutes past full time, or live for three hours, is finished for you. A level knockout tie waits for its organiser, because it needs a winner.

Ask their captain for the captain code. It is needed only for another captain’s team. Your own teams, and teams you type by name, need no code. Players who aren’t on KickHeroes can be added as guests, by name.

Yes, in the app. The score updates every 10 seconds. They need to be signed in. One clock.

Yes. Scoring, teams, tournaments and stats work in any country. Only paid pickup games are India only.

Any player. In the app, go to Tournaments and tap Organise. Run a football tournament.

Knockout for 2 to 32 teams, league, groups then knockout, and double elimination for 4, 8, 16 or 32 teams. Matches are five-, seven-, nine- or eleven-a-side, each with a set length and squad size.

Win 2 · Draw 1 · Loss 0. Teams level on points are split by goal difference, then goals scored, then head to head.

It goes to extra time and then penalties, entered kick by kick. You can also set it to go straight to penalties, or to let the organiser decide.

Not through the app. There are no entry fees or prize payouts. The prize is a line of text you write on the tournament.

Yes. Add co-organisers, and give any fixture a scorer. The fixture then shows on that scorer’s Home.

With your mobile number and a code we text you. That is the only way in: no Google, Apple or email sign-in, and no password.

Only if you say yes. The app asks on the leaderboard screen, and you can turn it off in Settings.

Yes, from inside the app. Your account is anonymised.

In the app, open the menu and choose Help & Support. Raise a ticket and follow its status there. Support.
