01Who can host games?
Hosting is by application, and games run in Gurugram now. A person reviews every request; approved hosts get the organiser tools in the app.
02What does it cost me?
Nothing to host. You set the seat price, and commission is 0%. Scoring and tournaments in the app are free right now.
03How and when do I get paid?
KickHeroes holds the players’ payments, through Razorpay. Each Monday you’re paid for the games played the week before, Monday to Sunday, to your UPI ID or bank account. So a Thursday game is paid four days later.
04How do players find my game?
Through your link, and the nearby games list in the KickHeroes app. There’s no public search, so share your link.
05Is a seat held while a player pays?
Yes, with a countdown. The seat is confirmed only once the payment clears. If a player pays after the hold ends, they get the seat if one is still free; if not, they’re refunded.
06What if I change the game, or it rains?
Change the time or the ground from your game page, and everyone who booked can cancel for a full refund. Call it off, and every player is refunded in full.
07Can I score a pickup game as it happens?
Not yet. After the game you publish the result and approve the stats players send. Minute-by-minute scoring is for matches you set up in the app.
